- “Customer” is you, our valued customer.
- “Contract” means any agreement between ECP 2022 and you for the sale of goods.
- “Writing” includes both traditional letters and emails. So, when we say “writing” or “written,” we’re also talking about emails.

Stock
We aim to dispatch items that are in stock within 24 hours of your order. However, since we hold limited stock, sometimes an item might be out of stock and waiting to be manufactured. If that happens, we’ll let you know at the time of purchase and provide an estimated delivery date.
Product Variation
Our product photos are for illustration purposes only. While we do our best to show accurate colors, different devices display colors differently. Your product may also have slight variations due to the natural characteristics of leather. Plus, the packaging might look different from what you see on our website. Think of it like buying a handcrafted item – each one is unique!
Delivery
When your order is in stock, we dispatch it quickly. You’ll get an email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Remember, some countries may charge import duties and taxes on items from the US, and you’ll be responsible for these. Occasionally, customs delays may occur, which are out of our control. For more details, you can contact your local customs office.
Returns
Not happy with your purchase? No problem. We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your item, with the exception of made-to-order items. As long as the product is unused and in its original condition, just contact us, and we’ll help you return it. Within the US, returns are free, but international returns will be at your cost. Once we receive and approve the returned item, we’ll refund your purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
Claims & Complaints
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 30 days to reject goods that are unsatisfactory, unfit for purpose, or not as described for a full refund. If you discover any defects or faults, please let us know in writing within this 30-day period. Afterward, you can return the item for repair, exchange, or reimbursement, as agreed. However, this doesn’t cover defects from improper use, bad maintenance, or unauthorized operations. Think of it like borrowing a friend’s car – you wouldn’t want to return it with scratches or dents!
Liability
If you find that any goods haven’t been delivered, are defective, damaged, or not the correct quantity, we’ll either replace them with similar goods or credit you for their value. Our liability in such cases won’t exceed the invoice value of the goods. In other words, we’ll make things right but within reasonable limits.
